The ABB ACS880-01 is a wall-mounted variable frequency drive designed for accurate speed and torque control of AC motors. It is widely used for pumps, fans, compressors, separators, conveyors, winches and hydraulic power packs.
Marine type-approved versions are available for essential and non-essential shipboard applications. ABB’s Direct Torque Control technology enables precise operation of induction, permanent-magnet and synchronous-reluctance motors—with or without an encoder.
