Their team carried out 3D laser scanning of the engine room and surrounding areas to capture accurate measurements before the retrofit work. The scanning process was done professionally and helped ensure that the installation planning and design were precise, avoiding any clashes with existing equipment and piping.

Following the survey, their team provided BWTS mixing solution retrofit support, including electrical, mechanical, and piping works onboard our vessel. The manpower team was deployed for 8 days and demonstrated strong technical capability and coordination with our ship staff.

Scope of work included:
• 3D laser scanning and site measurement for retrofit planning
• BWTS mixing line installation and modification
• Electrical cable routing, termination, and control integration
• Mechanical installation and equipment mounting

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 21 Knots Group engaged Deep Automation for an urgent 3D Scanning job, to accurately measure the elevations of the highest points of the Forward and Aft mast (Air Draft Measurement) for a Cruise vessel at Singapore Cruise Centre on Sunday, 30th November 2025. The job request and confirmation were made on Saturday with the vessel arriving on Sunday at 4 PM and leaving at 10 PM. The measurements had to be completed within that tight schedule.
Deep Automation arranged their 3 Pax team for the scanning of the structure around the Forward mast and Aft mast and completed the scanning in about 5 hours using the FARO S150+ module. They worked on the captured point cloud data through the night and provided the elevations of the highest points by afternoon the next day. This enabled us to submit the Report to the Client on time.
