Product overview
The KRAL OMG-032 is a precision volumetric flowmeter for continuously measuring clean, lubricating and non-abrasive liquids. Two precision measuring screws rotate as liquid passes through the meter, producing electrical pulses proportional to the actual liquid volume.
It is widely used for marine fuel-consumption measurement because its accuracy is largely independent of flow profile and it can measure low- and high-viscosity liquids. Official KRAL flowmeter range.

Typical fuel-consumption arrangement
Two OMG flowmeters can be installed as a differential-measurement system:
- One flowmeter measures fuel supplied to the engine.
- A second flowmeter measures unused fuel returned from the engine.
- The electronic processor subtracts the return flow from the supply flow.
- The resulting value represents the engine’s actual fuel consumption.
Temperature sensors may also be used for volume compensation and improved consumption calculations.
